The communications audit includes a review of your organisation’s current communication practices. The process allows for identification of the organisations communication channels/ platforms; and the collection and analysis of past communication through these same mediums.
Part of the process will be a review of the organisation’s social media accounts (i.e. Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram) and also other communication items and channels including online and printed materials.
