Coaching for Managers
Online, structured but flexible coaching
Management training can only get you so far, often the best way to improve as a manager is to work one-on-one with a coach who is herself an experienced manager and management coach. Paula Fray is just such a coach, having worked in complex and multicultural organisational environments.
The coaching process is a structured, but flexible approach that allows coachees to define what they want from the process and works towards the achievements of these goals. Assessments before and after the process provide the coachee feedback on where they have developed through the process (and where they still have work to do).
Coaching sessions are generally online to allow the coachee the greatest flexibility. Coaching meetings are generally once a month and the recommended minimum number of meetings is eight.
